📦 How does the subscription work?

Sign up once and receive a new Glow Box each month. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.

⏳ When will my first box arrive?

Orders placed before the 25th of the month ship that same month. Orders after the 25th will receive the next month’s themed box. You’ll receive tracking information via email once it ships.

🎁 Can I gift a Glow Box?

Yes! Glow Boxes make a beautiful, thoughtful gift. Select “Gift Subscription” at checkout, and we’ll include a personalized note with your first box.

🖋️ Are the candle scents the same each month?

No—the Glow Box features a new seasonal or thematic candle every month, designed exclusively for our subscribers. Past boxes are limited-edition and never reprinted.

🌟 Can I buy past Glow Boxes?

Past boxes are exclusive and limited. Occasionally, we offer “Collector’s Bundles” to subscribers only. Keep an eye on your email for these special releases.

🚚 Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States from our Newport Beach, California studio. International shipping is coming soon.

Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. There are no hidden fees—your subscription is always flexible and under your control.
